February Schedule

All classes will be kihon (basics)/kata. Focus will be on developing the kata's and the technique behind them.
Break falling techniques as well will be instructed.

Kihon (basics) with understanding some of its application to self defense.
Continuation of Kata development as well.

DOJO WILL BE CLOSED on Monday February 20th in observance of Presidents Day.
Kihon combinations in preparation for testing week. Advanced classes will be working on Ippon Kumite.

Final testing preparation. We will be covering numerous combinations and katas during Monday's class.
TESTING Night: Wednesday February 29th. No classes this evening!
Thursday will be kumite. All levels welcomed this evening.

**Promotion Night: Monday March 5th at 6:15pm. All welcomed to attend.
Kumite will be trained this week.
**Students may stay for advanced class this evening for extra training.

IN THE NEWS!!!
TEAM PSKC WINS!!! PSKC won 15 Gold, 10 Silver and 16 Bronze at the highly contested USA Karate Qualifier held in Charleston, W.V. February 4th. All Team PSKC athletes qualified for the National Karate Championships that are being held in Fort Lauderdale, Florida July 12-15, 2012. Congratulations to all that participated in this exciting event. If you missed this event, you will still have an opportunity to qualify for the Nationals this upcoming March 9-10. We will be in Greenville, S.C. competing in the SC Open! This is one of the largest USA Karate events on the east coast. Please contact Sensei for more info.
