Stress Relief!  A good way to relieve that stress is training with your whole mind-body-spirit.  A good sweat and 100% effort on the dojo floor will help you leave in a more peaceful state of mind then before you entered.  In doing so, you will see things more clearly and be able to approach decisions in a more calm and effective state of mind.  
"Karate starts with a bow and finishes with a bow".  Wouldn't it be nice if ALL had some sort of karate training where they understood what respect is?  No matter how much I disagree with someone, I always try to handle the situation with respect.  Be the leaders in your dojo, home and community and demonstrate what respect is because you never know who is watching and who you might influence to be a better more respectful person.
